We at AStA will support you financially to improve your language skills. Here you can find out how you can secure this support and what you need to do to get it.
Required Documents
- Your language certificate itself or a confirmation of participation
- The invoice for the language certificate
- A payment confirmation (e.g. a bank statement)
- The form ”F1 Auszahlungsanordnung”
Which language certificates are supported?
- German: DSH
- English: TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS
- French: DFP, DELF/DALF
- Spanish: DELE, TELC, DIE
- Dutch: CNaVT, Tweede taal
- And many more…
And this is how it works
1) Check whether your language certificate can be funded by us
Check if your certificate is on our list of supported certificates. If so, great! Let’s move on!
2) Gather all the necessary documents
- Your language certificate itself or a confirmation of participation
- The invoice for the language certificate (please not an order confirmation)
- A payment confirmation (e.g. a bank statement)
- The”F1 Auszahlungsanordnung” form
3) Submit your documents
Once you have collected all the documents, you can now send them to us. Simply use our contact form or alternatively the email address asta-international@students-htw.de. Please make sure that all documents are complete and easy to read.
4) Wait for the refund or queries
Your documents will be checked by the AStA International and Finance departments. This may take some time, so be patient. The refund will be made directly to your account.
